Ingathering 2026: Let's Fill the Truck!

Our Wisconsin Conference Annual Conference is coming up June 4–7 at the Madison Marriott West Convention Center. As always there is an ingathering where we as a church donate to support Midwest Mission’s disaster response and relief efforts. This year we have chosen to center our donations around the Home Care Kits. Here is what those kits need.

Home Care Kit ($20 Value) • Liquid Household Cleaners - 58 - 80 oz. total - no pump or spray bottles • Dish Soaps - 42 - 64 oz total • Liquid Laundry Detergents - 100 - 150 oz total • 1 Scrub Brush - with or without handle • 1 - 5-gal Round Bucket with resealable lid (Will be purchased by UWF). All items must be NEW & Placed in the bucket. 

The United Women in Faith will purchase 30–5 gallon buckets and lids. We challenge you in the congregation to fill those buckets with the items underlined above–just 4 items for each of you to buy. All of them are easily added to your grocery list. United Women in Faith will also cover the $2 per kit shipping fee. We challenge you to fill 30 buckets, but if we get enough for more we consider that a win!

The buckets will be lined up in the Chapel and the Sanctuary beginning next Sunday, May 17. You can bring your mission offerings on Sundays through May 31. Just ask at the office to be let in during the week to place them in a bucket. We can keep track of how we are doing, because when a lid is placed on a bucket it is ready to go. What a great visual Pastor Susan has created for us as a way to give our thanks and praise to God. Let’s fill the truck!!
