Holy Week 2026 Begins

Our most sacred week of the year is upon us.

March 29: Palm Sunday Worship 8a and 10:30a

                 Distribution of Palms for all

                 Children’s Processional (10:30)

                 Chancel Choir will offer two selections

                 Our worship series on “The Seven Last Words of Christ from the Cross:  Father, into your hands I commend my spirit,” will finish.

                 Sunday School for all ages at 9:15a

                 Nursery opens at 9:45a 

April 2:     Maundy Thursday Worship 7p

                 A focus on the Passover meal Jesus shared with his disciples and friends.

                 Plague Kits (tokens for each of the 10 Plagues) will be given to children for their 

                 participation in worship

    Sacrament of Holy Communion

                 Stripping of the Altar

                 Chancel Choir singing

                 Nursery opens at 6:30p

April 3:    Good Friday Worship Noon

               Nursery opens at 11:30a.

April 4:     Easter Egg Hunt 10a

April 5:     Easter Sunday Worship, 8 and 10:30a

                 Brass, timpani, Chancel Choir, Bond Bell Ringers

                 Singing of the Hallelujah Chorus

                 Easter packets for all children

                 No communion (the sacrament will be celebrated April 12)

                 Pastor Susan preaching on John 20.1-18

                 No Sunday School, but Nursery care begins at 10a

                 Easter Breakfast, following 8 am worship, Great Room

April 6:     Easter Monday, Offices Closed
