Join us for Meditation
We continue to do meditation through Zoom on the 4th Wednesday of each month and would love to have you join the group! We meditation for 30 - 45 minutes each time and you do not need any prior meditation experience to participate.
Meditation is very relaxing and healing and a great way to learn to reduce anxiety. In these stress-filled days, it is a great resource.
