This year, the 4th of July parade in Kenosha is Sunday, July 1. So, after our 10:30 service, we will once again be putting on our annual Strawberry Festival. As in the past, the proceeds of this event benefit our youth group! So, we need your help both before, during, and after to make it a success!
There is a sign-up sheet in the Great Room that lists all the ways you can volunteer….whether making short cake or angel food cake, picking/cutting strawberries the day before, setting up or cleaning up the day of, or serving food during the festival. Also, we will try PICKING the strawberries again the Saturday before (June 30, 8:30 am) at Thompson’s Strawberry Farm instead of purchasing them.
So, all the ways you can participate are listed on the sign-up board in the Great Room. Please start signing up today in the area or areas that you can help.
